After more than a decade working in veterinary medicine, (from assistant to hospital manager) I’ve lived the chaos, the burnout, and the moments where you're just trying to hold it all together for the sake of the team and the pets.

I started Practice Pulse for the people behind the scenes , the techs, the receptionists, the managers, and everyone doing their best in an often overwhelmed system. I know what it feels like to love this field deeply and still feel unsupported. That’s why this work matters so much to me.
